To close your SFAR account, remove any current invoices, and process any applicable refunds, please complete the online resignation form using the link below: 

  

(You will be asked to provide your SFAR Membership Number) 

 

Please Note:  

  • Please make sure you check the box next to each membership type you wish to cancel. We cannot process or accept the form otherwise. 
  • Annual Dues are non-refundable. 
  • The effective date must be the submission date or a future date, past dates are not accepted. 

 

When completing the form, please indicate your selection by checking the appropriate box(es) at the top of the form to specify whether you are resigning from: 

  • MLS service only 
  • REALTOR® membership only 
  • Both REALTOR® membership and MLS service
     

Note: If you hold a Secondary REALTOR® Membership with SFAR or moving to another association, selecting to cancel your REALTOR® membership will only end your realtor membership with SFAR. It will not cancel your membership with C.A.R. (California Association of REALTORS®) or NAR (National Association of REALTORS®).
