An agent production report—a report of all the sales or properties listed by the Agent—can be generated from a Standard Search. From the Searches tab in the MLS, click Standard. In the Standard Search, leave all criteria blank and scroll down to the fields marked Listing agent ID and Buyer’s agent ID. Insert your six digit member ID into both fields, and choose the “or” radio button sandwiched between the two fields. If you don't know your six-digit member number, you can choose the icon to the right of the field to search for it by listing your first and last name.
Effectively, you are asking the MLS to provide you with all of the listings in the MLS that have your—or the specified agent’s—member number where they were either the listing agent or the buyer's agent. It's important that the option sandwich between the two fields is switched from “and” or “or,” as a search using the end designation would return properties that were marked with the agent's member number as the listing agent and the buyer's agent.
