If you see an “unapproved” message in the Revise Listing menu, it means the on-market date is set in the future. The listing will not appear on the MLS until that date. To clear the message, go to the Revise Listing menu, update the on-market date to today’s date, and click Submit in the top-left corner. Once the on-market date is updated, the message will clear.
If you intended to submit the listing as Coming Soon, do not change the on-market date. Instead, contact the MLS team for assistance at mls@sfrealtors.com. Once a listing is set to Active—even with a future on-market date—it cannot be changed to Coming Soon. In this case, the MLS team will need to create a copy of the listing with the correct status and delete the original listing.
