If you want to change your email address in the SFAR Membership Management system, you can do this yourself using your access to the Rapattoni Billing System.


Using the new SFAR SSO Dashboard (launching August 12th, 2025) click the icon "Member Services Page" (2nd icon) in the block called Resources



This will take you to the profile page:



In the section the red arrow (above) will draw your attention to the Internet Info page, and the Association Email field in the red box (below):


   STEPS

  1. Change the value in the field Association Email.
  2. Save your changes and close the page/tab.


Your email is now updated for the Association communication (billing, notifications, etc.) but you will not see this change reflected in field that displays your Association email address in the MLS system for up to an hour. Note that this is not the same as your listing and office email information as configured in the MLS system - although you can have the same email address here for the Membership system as you use for the MLS. 


Log in to the SFAR MLS system to change your MLS email contact information and make changes to Listing Attribution.
