Evolving the Dashboard Experience: A Seamless SSO Transition

Starting Tuesday, August 12, members will notice a refreshed look and feel when they log in to access the tools and subscriber benefits. We’re excited to announce the transition from the current MLS Dashboard to the new SFAR SSO Dashboard; a modernized experience designed to make your work smoother and more efficient.


New Login Page

Why the Change?

  • The SFAR SSO Dashboard is part of our ongoing effort to improve usability, performance, and access to tools.
  • It continues to offer Single Sign-On (SSO) access to all your essential applications (just like the previous dashboard) but with a more intuitive and visually organized interface.
  • This new technology from Solid Earth will increase our flexibility in delivering new services faster, and offer security improvements using biometrics and PassKeys.

What’s New?

  • More application options available at your fingertips.
  • Familiar groupings of tools, now with improved visual presentation.
  • A cleaner, modern layout that enhances navigation and user experience.
  • Support for password managers, now you can use LastPass (or similar) to store and automatically fill your password.

What to Expect

The conversion takes place over night from Monday August 11th to Tuesday the 12th.

  • Welcome Email: Expect an invitation email message in your inbox on the morning of the 12th with helpful info and links. It will have a unique link that is only for you, and will let you create your new password quickly and easily.
  • Login Details: You’ll continue using your existing member number, but you’ll need to create a new password the first time you log in. There is an option to login using your email address, as long as you use the exact email address from the MLS/Membership system.
  • No Disruptions: The transition is designed to be seamless; you won’t experience any service interruptions as your applications are not changing, only the improved security and access to them.
