While the Internet allows for incredibly fast exchanges of information, it is not instantaneous. For items such as listing updates appearing within the NorCal data alliance between SFARMLS, BAREIS, MetroList, MLSListings, BBridge MLS, Bay East MLS, and CCARMLS data can sometimes take 30-40 minutes to be refreshed between our partners.
For data transmitted to third parties outside of the alliance (such as photo updates) updates to their websites should be completed within 24 hours. Please note: if you see your data appearing correctly within SFARMLS and some of the third party sites, you will want to contact the individual sites showing the incorrect data directly. If your data is correct in SFARMLs and none of the third party sites are showing it properly, that would be the time to contact SFARMLS.
