When personal matters require urgent attention, keep calm and know that you have a support network you can turn to for assistance.
Speak with your broker to let them know your circumstances and ask for their aid. If you have a co-agent on your listings, loop them in; they may be able to help by taking over as the primary showing contact. If you have an Active listing, speak with your client about the possibility of placing it on Hold status.
