On May 9th, SFAR retired the custom Buyer Broker Compensation Addendum (BCA) in favor of the standardized CAR form of the same name.
Members are strongly advised to utilize CAR’s Broker Compensation Advisory (BCA, Rev. 05/24) form going forward. The SFAR version of the form still exists, but simply points users to the CAR version of the form.
SFAR will remove the 'pointer' form version at the end of 2024
