1. Open your app and click “more” in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Click “about eKey app.”
  3. Click “reset authorization.
  4. Confirm, “yes, reset authorization.”
  5. Click "activate eKey app.”
  6. Click “I already have an authorization code.”
  7. Enter the new authorization code in the space provided, and agree to the terms.
  8. With your key authorized, click on “more” in the lower right-hand corner of the app.
  9. Click “about eKey app.”
  10. Click “change pin.”
  11. Use the temporary pin provided above and enter into the "enter current pin" field. next type in your desired pen in the "enter new pin" and "verify new pin" fields.
  12. If you cooperate with any other regions (either Metrolist or BAREIS), please contact them and inform them that your super key serial number has changed. Provide them with the new key serial number at the top of this email.
