In Q2 of 2024, SFAR released a final set of changes and improvements to the delivery of WebAPI services and have migrated to using the Bridge API & Agreement Manager system.
If you currently have an existing SFAR Data License and wish to renew it in order to continue receiving data, you must complete the following update questionnaire before May 31st, 2024.
We expect teams seeking a renewal of their data license to have familiarity with RESO, JSON, WebAPI systems in general, and have an understanding of MLS requirements in California regarding Private Photos.
