In accordance with the San Francisco Community Opportunity to Purchase Act (“COPA”), notices to the Qualified Nonprofits (“QNPs”) identified by the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development ("MOH") should use the following service list when required to do so on standard form COPA-4 Intent to Sell Notification or Renewed Notification and COPA-11 Notice of Election to Withdraw Property From Sale. This contact list is derived from the COPA Qualified Nonprofits as published by the MOH.
