“How do I get my San Francisco property listing on the SF Broker Tour?”

Today’s answer is more of a recipe, so feel free to clip and save!
From your SFARMLS dashboard go to the Listings menu and select “View/Revise Your Listings.” When the screen refreshes:
- Under “Status to Display” choose either Active or On-Market from the drop-down menu then click Search to the right of the row.
- Among the listings displayed, click on the Revise Listing tool icon (the little pencil) next to the listing you want to add to the SF Broker Tour.
- Under Listing Information click on “Add to SF Broker Tour”
The new page displayed will automatically fill in tour information based upon your listing’s district and sub-district data and give you the next tour date that is available to you. Other fields are automatically restricted based upon whether you have a New or Repeat tour or if you have indicated whether a lockbox is available to access the property. The Comments field is limited to approximately 200 characters. When you are done, click Save in the upper left-hand corner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To appear on the Tuesday broker tour, you must complete and save your tour entry edit before 11:59 am the Monday prior to the tour. If your listing tours on Wednesday, the deadline is the Tuesday prior also at 11:59 am.
One final reminder: scheduling Open House dates in the MLS is a separate action from getting your listing on the Broker Tour. Be sure to use both!
