“Can I enter my lockbox PIN code and CBS code all at once?”

Indeed you can save time by entering both at the same time! To do so, open up your Supra eKey app on your smart phone, and at the bottom of the screen click on the “More” icon (three horizontal dots) in the lower right-hand corner. This opens a side menu; from there click on Settings and then click the CBS Input on (it will go from an outline to being filled in when its on). The next time you go to your eKey home screen and select Obtain Key, the screen that appears will ask you for both your PIN code and the CBS code for that lockbox.
