“My listing is in Coming Soon/Contingent-Show/Pending status; will it still expire?”
If your listing is in any of the following statuses
- Coming Soon
- Active,
- Contingent-Show
- Contingent-No Show
- Hold
you have until 11:59 pm the night of its marked expiration date before SFARMLS automatically updates it to a status of Expired.
A listing updated to Pending status will take precedence over automatic expiration.
If your listing is in one of the five statuses above and expiration date is fast approaching, speak with your broker about how to modify your original listing contract before the stroke of midnight arrives!
