“Can I include my contact info in the public remarks?”

    Remember: the data in your MLS listing reflects the reality of the property the seller has listed with you. As such, agent or brokerage branding, direct contact information, or website URLs are off-limits in any of your public remarks, open house information, photographs, or included floor plans.

    Your contact details, along with property access information, can be placed in the private remarks seen by your fellow agents. If you aren’t sure about your wording, verify your verbiage by contacting MLS Support before launching your listing. We’ll be happy to help you!
