As of July 2022, SFAR's Supra eKEYS can be used to access Lockboxes in an expanded area that includes all of the Associations that participate in the CRMLS system.

SFAR, along with the other associations who are members of the KIM Users Group (Bay East Association of REALTORs, BridgeMLS Associations, Contra Costa Association of REALTORs, and MLS Listings Inc. Associations) have enabled automatic cooperative reciprocal key and lockbox access, at no additional fee, with the associations that are members of CRMLS. With this full reciprocity, the members who use CRMLS can now also unlock Supra BT LE Lockboxes deployed in San Francisco in order to show homes to their clients.

Is this all of central/southern California?

No, CRMLS does not provide services to the greater Los Angeles area (CLAW/TheMLS) or the San Diego MLS area.

What specific areas are included with CRMLS?

Only the areas covered by CRMLS for their members associations. The full list is here.

Does this include BAREIS? MetroList?

At this time, neither BAREIS or MetroList are part of the KIM Users Group. Discussions and negotiations are on-going with no planned dates for when interoperability will be available. You must still get your key cooperated in order to open boxes in these areas. Your BT LE lockboxes from SFAR cannot be used as-is in MetroList or BAREIS areas.

Will my Lockboxes work in a CRMLS area? What if I have a listing in Fresno?

Yes, the Fresno Association of REALTORs is a member of CRMLS and therefore you can use your BT LE Lockboxes in their territory now without needing to get the box reprogrammed. You can see the full list of Associations here.

Please email the MLS support team if you have questions about the new expanded key coverage area provided by your SFAR issued Supra eKEY.
