SFARMLS provides MLS support for members during business hours via mls@sfrealtors.com.. But as of January 2022, SFARMLS has implemented a widget in the MLS for members to contact our support team.
This widget is located on the Home Dashboard of the MLS, but in order to enable it, you must have banners enabled by clicking on the picture icon on the top right corner of the Dashboard.
On the bottom right corner of the Dashboard is a clickable bubble. If you're ever confused about how to use the MLS, or if you need assistance from a member of the MLS Team, click on this bubble to bring up the SFARMLS Help Widget.
You'll notice that a widget has expanded from the Help Bubble, containing a Search Bar for you to browse some of our published guides. We are adding regular content to this guide bank, and we encourage you to learn more about the MLS with these guides. Some of our suggested articles appear below this Search Bar, that you can click on to see the article on our help website.
If you want a personalized approach to your request, you can contact our MLS Team by clicking on the "Please Describe your issue in detail." button. This takes you to a page in the widget that allows you to describe your issue and to provide screenshots for our MLS Specialists. It also allows you to upload pictures or files to the request for our MLS Specialists to help you with. Sending a request using this widget is identical to sending a request from mls@sfrealtors.com..
