To begin the process of requesting an entirely new data feed from SFARMLS as a Broker or as a Vendor, start by completing the required onboarding form. Once you have completed the onboarding questionnaire, a member of the SFARMLS team will reach out to you to explain the schedule of fees for a data feed and help you complete a Data License Agreement.

We expect that vendors and applicants will have familiarity with RESO, JSON, WebAPI systems in general, and have an understanding of MLS requirements in California regarding Private Photos prior to starting the application process. If you are a Broker Participant applying on behalf of a technical team or consultant, they should have the requisite familiarities.
